Kale Chips (GF, Vegan)

Yields: 
6 people

Ingredients: 

1-2 bunches kale, ripped into smaller pieces

1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt and pepper to taste (other spices optional)

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dry kale leaves completely if wet/moist.

Toss leaves with olive oil until evenly distributed

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Place kale leaves in single layer on pan in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Keep checking on kale and take out before leaves turns brown (will taste bitter).

Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy!
