Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup milk of choice

1 cup crushed ice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Pure maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar to taste

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
