Roasted Chestnuts (Vegan, GF)

25 minutes

Ingredients: 

Chestnuts

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut an X on the flat side of each chestnut with a sharp knife.

Place chestnuts on a baking sheet and roast in oven for 25-30 minutes.

When done, take chestnuts out and allow to slightly cool.

Peel the shells off the chestnuts and discard.
