Salad Smoothie (GF)

Yields: 
1 people

Ingredients: 

1 medium tomato, chopped

6 cucumber slices, halved

1 Tablespoon chopped green onion

1 radish, chopped

1 garlic clove

1 Tablespoon fresh dill

1/4 avocado

1 large kale leaf, cut into pieces

1/2 cup kefir (or watered down plan yogurt)

1/2 cup water (or coconut water, milk, beet juice, etc.)

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in your blender, pouring the liquids in last. Cover and blend until all ingredients are mixed and smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
