2 cups dark leafy greens, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a pan and cook on medium to low heat, moving ingredients around often.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until onions are translucent and greens are soft.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any other spices you prefer. Enjoy!
