Thai Peanut Sauce (Vegan, GF)

Yields: 
2 people

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter

1 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

pinch ginger, cinnamon, black pepper

pinch red pepper flakes

Directions: 

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and stir until peanut butter has fully melted and combined with other ingredients.

Simmer sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.

Scoop sauce over dish of choice and enjoy!

Notes: 

The longer you let the sauce sit, the thicker it will get. To thin, add more coconut milk.
