Two thick slices sourdough bread
1 can albacore tuna
1 cup hummus
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
4 tomato slices
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Stir the can of tuna with the cup of hummus until thoroughly mixed. Add the paprika and garlic powder and thoroughly mix again.
Scoop the tuna mixture onto each of the sourdough bread slices, until they contain as much as you’d like to eat. (If I’m really hungry, I just use it all.)
Place tomato slices on top of the tuna and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the tomatoes. Place on an oven tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes. When done, allow a few minutes for it to cool.
