Apple Pumpkin Pomegranate Smoothie (GF, Vegan)

Ingredients: 

1 apple, sliced

1/4 pureed or canned pumpkin

3 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Handful kale

1 Tablespoon ground flax

1 scoop green superfood powder (optional)

1 scoop protein powder

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 teaspoon ginger

Directions: 

Put all ingredients inside your blender and blend until smooth. Drink slowly and enjoy!
