Beef Chili (GF)

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 pound ground beef

1 can hot chili beans

1 can mild chili beans

2 cans tomato soup

1 can chopped tomatoes

2 cans water

2 cups assorted peppers (green, red, yellow), chopped

3/4 cup bean sprouts (optional)

1/2 Tablespoon red pepper

1/2 Tablespoon cumin

1/2 Tablespoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Cook the ground beef in the bottom of a large pot with the garlic and onion until meat is browned. Drain the fat from the meat.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Bring to a boil and the simmer for at least an hour, uncovered. The longer it sits, the more flavor it’ll have.
