1 1/2 cups hazelnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 Tablespoons honey (or 3 Tblspna honey and 3 Tblspna maple syrup)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool, and then rub between fingers or dish cloth to remove skins. (They have a bitter flavor.)
Grind the hazelnuts in a food processor until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and grind until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Mix into oatmeal, spread onto toast or graham crackers, or just eat it from a spoon!
