2 tilapia filets
2 Tablespoons butternut squash oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon rosemary
An hour before cooking, brush a 1/2 tablespoon of oil on each side of the tilapia filets, and then rub the minced garlic and rosemary onto each side. Let sit for an hour.
Preheat the broiler. Then cook in broiler for three minutes on each side. (Your time might vary, depending on size of filets.)
You can substitute another type of oil for the butternut squash oil.
