1 banana, cut into pieces
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 handful kale, chopped
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
2 Tablespoons aloe vera juice (optional)
2 Tablespoons avocado
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Drop all ingredients into your blender and blend for one minute or until creamy. Drink out of a straw and enjoy!
Notes: if you want to make it thicker, add more avocado. If you’d like it thinner, add more liquid and less avocado or peanut butter.
