1/2 to 1 cup pureed pumpkin (or from a can)
2 Tablespoons walnuts
1 Tablespoon flax
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
Handful of greens (kale, collard, spinach)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
You can also add a tablespoon of raw cacao or cocoa to make a chocolate pumpkin smoothie.
