Strawberries 'n Cream Oatmeal (Vegan, GF)

Strawberries 'n Cream Oatmeal (Vegan, GF)

Ingredients: 

1/2 cut old-fashioned oats (I use gluten free)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

2 Tablespoons walnuts, chopped

1 Tablespoon ground flax (optional)

Sprinkle cinnamon, dash cloves

Directions: 

Pour oats and milk in a pot on the stove and bring to a boil.

Bring to a simmer, stir in coconut oil, then cover for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine strawberries, walnuts and flax. (In these photos, I also added a few blackberries!)

Pour cooked oatmeal into bowl and stir all ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon and cloves on top. Enjoy!
